As part of the City's Mayor’s Office of House and Community Development Small Sites Program the San Francisco Community Land Trust (SFCLT) has a Waitlist Opportunity in the Mission District. The residents self-manage the home, in efforts to keep rents affordable and to embolden grassroots, democratic, Resident engagement in affordable housing. In order to self-manage the house, all Residents are responsible for participating in house committees, including maintenance and vacancy filling, along with opportunities to participate in SFCLT Board membership. Residents collectively share two kitchens and six bathrooms and, consequently, a commitment to live at Merry Go Round involves respect and consideration for sharing common spaces. We look forward to your application and welcoming you to the Merry Go Round House!

Bill Sorro Housing Program (BiSHoP)
