Membership Application

Thanks for your interest in supporting the San Francisco Community Land Trust. If you’d prefer to make a one-time donation, please click the donate button above.

Membership dues are $24 annually for individuals and $80 annually for organizations. If you purchase your membership in August-December you will be credited for the remainder of the current year and receive a full year's membership for the upcoming year. All dues paying members will receive the following benefits:

  • Updates from our newsletter

  • Participation in our Annual Membership meeting when we elect our Board of Directors

  • A voice on our standing committees: Membership, Fundraising, Finance,

  • Education and other project-based committees

  • Free workshops and trainings about affordable housing,

  • housing cooperatives and the community land trust model

  • The chance to nominate and elect someone, or yourself, to our Board of Directors
