Historic communal house Purple House Corporation needs your help!

The Purple House Corporation and SFCLT are desperately in need of your
donation to save this historic communal house which has been operating
as affordable cooperative housing since the 60s. Purple House located
at 966 Oak St. in SF. is an artist group housing cooperative with the
majority of the residents being both long-time SF residents and people
of color.

We currently have a funding gap of $400,000 to refinance the property
in order to retain it in the SFCLT portfolio as affordable housing for
those of low to moderate income. Due to the terms of its current
financing, we need to close that gap in the next 90 days!

Support the house's mission to remain an intentional community for POC
artists in SF and to convert it one day into an LEHC! Stop
displacement and contribute to the permanent affordability of housing
in SF for SF BIPOC artist communities!
