Kristen first entered the affordable housing arena in 1999, managing an 80 unit Section 42 Tax Credit property.  From there, she transitioned into the role of Compliance Specialist, overseeing a portfolio of 25 Tax Credit properties that spanned the West Coast & Alaska. She took a break from housing to graduate from the Actor Training Program at San Joaquin Delta College, but just couldn’t stay away. In 2014 she obtained her CA Real Estate license, then joined the fight to reverse displacement as a Sales Agent with IMPACT in 2017. Since then, she has represented non profit affordable housing providers using the Small Sites Program to purchase 260 Units across 24 unique buildings.

Kristen has spent her 18 years in San Francisco living in the (mid)Richmond, Tenderloin, and Nob Hill neighborhoods. She’s worked in Union Square, the Mission, the Castro, North Beach, the Financial District, Fisherman’s Wharf, Golden Gate Park, and Civic Center. Her real estate business has taken her everywhere across the 7X7 and her love for San Francisco runs even deeper than the fault line upon which it sits.

She’s honored to bring her enthusiasm & energy to SFCLT, where she may enjoy a more hands-on experience ensuring that San Franciscans obtain stability in their housing and eliminate the fear of displacement.
