Constanza Asfura-Heim is the Director of Real Estate and Strategy and has over 20 years of experience in impact investing and affordable housing for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Constanza holds a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on real estate development.

She began her career at Kamehameha Schools where she used real estate development to generate revenue for an endowment focused on the education of native Hawaiian children. At Kamehameha Schools Constanza learned how to structure partnerships, ground leases, and other development structures that allowed the endowment to maintain ownership of the land while using the properties for social good and equity.

In 2019, Constanza moved back to the mainland where she worked for a family office making double bottom line impact investments across the nation.  Before joining SFCLT, Constanza worked at Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco helping create homeownership opportunities in San Francisco, Marin, and San Mateo counties.

Constanza was drawn to SFCLT because she wants to collaborate with and learn from other CLTs and help serve underrepresented and BIPOC communities.
