Charles Higgins is the Organization Director at SFCLT. A native of San Francisco, he is a social entrepreneur with deep roots in public education, youth development and community wellness. He has experience in strategic planning, fundraising, crisis communications, team building, program development, and other aspect of nonprofit management. As a longtime practitioner of yoga and meditation, Charles has introduced Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction to staff and program participants in several organizations. He is vice president of the board of City Youth Now, serving young people in the juvenile probation and foster care systems.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Social Welfare from U.C. Berkeley and lives in the North of Panhandle neighborhood with his wife and two sons.


Keith Cooley

Keith Cooley is the Asset Manager at SFCLT. He has lived in the Richmond District of San Francisco for the last 12 years. Keith has experience in managing property, as well being involved in the fight for affordable housing, particularly for Seniors and Artists. In another lifetime he attained a post-graduate degree in Urban Planning at the North London Polytechnic and worked at the London Borough of Haringey with Jeremy Corbyn, who recently became the Leader of the British Labor Party.



Junli Dai

Junli Dai is our Program Assistant, who works with Columbus United Cooperative. She is bilingual in Mandarin and English. She has over 11 years of professional customer service experience from previous jobs in China. When Junli moved to San Francisco, she worked for Mercy Housing as Front Desk Volunteer. Junli also works for Asia Law Caucus as an Office Assistant to assist the Finance & Operation Manager on Wednesdays.

Ayanna Moore-Brigham is the Education and Outreach Manager at SFCLT. Ayanna brings to this role a commitment to cooperative education, as well as experience in housing rights organizing and cooperative process development.
