ORGANIZATIONAL DIRECTOR

Tyler Macmillan

 After ten years working to fight evictions in San Francisco's perilous housing court system, Tyler Macmillan became the Organizational Director of the San Francisco Community Land Trust in July 2016. Prior to being an attorney and nonprofit executive, Tyler worked as a bread baker, a construction worker, a catering director, a tour guide, a camp counselor, and a farm hand. Sometimes he misses those jobs; he does not miss housing court


 

Asset Manager

Keith Cooley

Keith Cooley is the Asset Manager at SFCLT. He has lived in the Richmond District of San Francisco for the last 12 years. Keith has experience in managing property, as well being involved in the fight for affordable housing, particularly for Seniors and Artists. In another lifetime he attained a post-graduate degree in Urban Planning at the North London Polytechnic and worked at the London Borough of Haringey with Jeremy Corbyn, who recently became the Leader of the British Labor Party.


 

Education & Outreach Manager

Megan Svoboda

Megan Svoboda is the Education and Outreach Manager at SFCLT. Megan brings to this role a commitment to cooperative education, as well as experience in nonprofit management and cooperative process development. Before joining the SFCLT team she worked with the Berkeley Student Food Collective a cooperatively run grocery store and CoFED, a non-profit that supports the development of student food co-operatives across the country.


 

Program Assistant

Junli Dai

Junli Dai is our Program Assistant, who works with Columbus United Cooperative. She is bilingual in Mandarin and English. She has over 11 years of professional customer service experience from previous jobs in China. When Junli moved to San Francisco, she worked for Mercy Housing as Front Desk Volunteer. Junli also works for Asia Law Caucus as an Office Assistant to assist the Finance & Operation Manager on Wednesdays.
